A race to the finish.

Amanda Hennessy claimed the win at this year’s 32nd Corvette Euro Grand Prix at Bresse, France.  Piloting a C5 GT Corvette Amanda brought the car to victory lane after a fierce battle.  “What a great race, “ stated Amanda. “ Getting in front of that ZR1 driven by an highly experienced racer was a big challenge. Thanks to the Dubler Racing team for putting together a great car. I was very impressed with Corvette’s abilities.” Amanda qualified second, and took the lead on the last lap, which she held to the finish.

Amanda became the first woman in the 32 year history of the event to win the overall position. In addition to the Grand Prix event, Amanda took third in the first class race, and another victory in the second class race. “ The first victory in the class event was an excellent, but to see the crowd almost jumping over the wall when I won the Grand Prix.....the best feeling ever!”
